ASP .NET 4.0 has not been registered on the Web server.You need to manually configure your web server ASP.NET 4.0 in order for your site to run correctly.

Open:

Start Menu
-> Programs
-> Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
-> Visual Studio Tools
-> Visual Studio Command Prompt (2010)

Run in command prompt:

aspnet_regiis -i
